BEHIND THE LENS

Jill Johnson is originally from Phoenix Arizona and has been living in Pittsburgh for the last five years.Â Jill has been photographing weddings since the summer of 2006.Â It all began with friends and family who had observed her love of photography asking if she would be their wedding photographer.Â She found true happiness sharing in a couples special day and found she wanted to continue working as a wedding photographer.Â She then began advertising her services and built a portfolio of nearly 20 weddings, as well asÂ senior portraitsÂ in just two years, all while working full time and attending classes full time.Â Jill obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Photojournalism in May 2009 from Point Park University and is now pursuing a career on her own in photography.
